Founder and Owner

A graduate of the Civil Engineering Faculty at the Technion, Yoav began his career as an engineer in the warranty department, a site engineer, and a project manager. In 1993, he founded Ken Hator with the aim of managing and executing interesting and complex projects. Since then, the company has grown organically and gradually, establishing various divisions over time – residential, public works, preservation, infrastructure, entrepreneurship, and urban renewal – all sharing the same goal: to execute projects quickly, safely, and without compromising on execution quality and customer satisfaction. Yoav places special importance on high-quality personnel who join the company and remain with it long-term, growing into roles within the organization.
