Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Description

A real estate company is seeking a Sales Manager to manage and lead its sales operation and incoming leads, from receiving a lead through closing a sale and completing the contract.

The role includes managing leads and CRM, working with marketers and sales partners, overseeing sales processes, coordinating with the company's lawyers, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Responsibilities:

Manage and distribute leads, use CRM, and track sales processes.

Manage and supervise the marketing and sales partner network, and lead sales meetings.

Improve sales processes, sales funnels, and conversion rates.

Work regularly with the company's lawyers and support transactions through contract completion.

Analyze sales data, reports, and forecasts against targets.

Oversee the customer experience and internal work processes.

Job requirements

• Experience in real estate sales — required.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems — required.
• Familiarity with the Sekhel Nadlan real estate system — an advantage.
• Organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and service skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate different teams and partners.
• Full-time availability and mobility — required.
• Work is based at the company's offices in Shilat, near Modi'in.
