The company acquired land on Nitsa Boulevard by the sea, where the 7-story "Galil" hotel with 84 guest rooms is built.

Demolition of the existing building and construction of a mixed-use tower: commercial, hospitality, and residential according to approved planning.
Ground floor – commercial areas.
Floors 1-8 – hospitality including 204 guest rooms.
Floors 9-32 – residential for 90 housing units.
Total construction area of approximately 45,450 m².

7-11 Af'al, Petah Tikva
Combination deal for constructing a 23-story office building above 3 basement floors and a high commercial floor plus 2 basement levels.
Planned construction is carried out with green building systems combining a strong and unique material composition with economic benefit, improved building quality of life, and environmental quality. Consideration of climate conditions and geographic location.
Building facades made of aluminum profiles to utilize natural light, shading, and high insulation levels, leading to energy savings.
Total construction area of approximately 30,000 m².

Ganei Ayalon Neighborhood - Ahisamach / Lod
Construction of a mixed-use building combining transportation, commercial, and other uses.
Divided into two phases:
Phase A – construction of a 2-story commercial center above a ground floor bus terminal.
Phase B – updating the construction above the commercial floors into two buildings: one 16-story for office and hospitality use, and one 11-story for residential use.
Total construction area of approximately 30,000 m².
