Renovation and completion works for the Cultural Hall, which had been under stalled construction for 10 years and had 3 main contractors replaced before Ken Hator's involvement.
The works included finishing works, repairs, and adaptations, including plaster, carpentry, metalwork, etc., as well as managing the main contractor for all systems works, including tiling, glass, seating, and more.
