The work involved paving roads and parking lots, laying large-diameter gravity sewage lines, large-diameter pumping lines, installing dozens of manholes, infiltration pits, and control chambers, as well as foundation work, structural work, waterproofing, electrical systems, pumps, and command and control systems.
